Order Cancellation

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business daysfor the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to make changes to your order (such as address updates), please contact us within 12 hours.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications will not be possible.
